Agreed. Seems to me Bell was jerking the staff around. Claimed to be a lifelong Vol fan. No self-respecting vol fan would play for bama or OSU and urban meyer. Carr wants to be at UT and he is going to be a great player.

I heard an interview with his coach today on the sports animal. Hyams asked him about his best physical attributes. He said he had very long arms. His exact quote was "his arms are so long he can scratch his ankles without bending over".

Looking forward to seeing him wrap them arms around the opposing QB.

Absolutley love the Carr kid. He wants to be a Vol and is a major talent. I agree that we need to let the Vonn Bell thread die. Let's celebrate the VFLs!

If you go to the vonn bell thread and enter it there is a thread tool at top of the thread. You can select to ignore thread and you don't have to see it anymore. Definitely helped me not having to see all the other signee's threads. :good!:

Deja vu. Didn't we say this about Jaques Smith? I hope all our recruits become stars but I'm not banking on anything yet. Keeping the good ones here 3-4 years is a task in itself. Not talking about the draft either.

My son and I got to speak with Jason Carr and his father again last night while Jason worked on his speed and agility. Jason is a beast and his foot speed is unreal for a kid of his size.
Jason's father is a stand up man also. I could talk to him all night about the recruiting process and how they love Butch Jones and the University of Tennessee.
Carr and family = VFL.
