Think a few missed out on I forget his name but the guy that ended up at Marshall and was from Knoxville. Coach's miss on guys all the time and very often. Not saying he deserved a scholly but until a kid gets on campus nobody including Coach's, recruiting guys or fans know how a guy will turn out.

Truer words were never spoken. The bench could be overloaded with instate kids. Only take them if they are equal to or better than out of state prospects in areas of need. There could be exceptions, such as legacies or HS coach relationships, but not too many.
