Dooley has and will continue to hold down tennessee IMO.
-VQ."It was nice. It was a fun talk. It was nice. We had a good talk," Miles said of the Skype call. "He talked about school and he and (defensive coordinator Sal Sunseri) talked about and compared me to Mark Barron and Eric Berry and how they used Mark Barron in the scheme used by (Sunseri). He told me I would be in the role Mark Barron had played."
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound safety from Mesquite, Texas doesn't know much about the Vols, but he knows Tennessee's ability to help defensive backs like Berry reach the next level.
"They've got a good background of putting guys in the NFL. My defensive backs coach has talked to me about that," Miles said. "It's a place I look forward to visiting. I'm going to decide if I want to take a summer visit or wait and take an official visit," Miles added.
Stanford: "I know if I was going to go to Stanford there's a possibility I'm going to go the NFL, but if I don't I can graduate with a degree that will help me in the future."
Tennessee: "They have a new defensive coordinator and I like the way his philosophy is on defense."
Penn State: "They have a new coaching staff they come from the pros and I want to get experience being coached by a staff that coached in the pros.
Since 2010 Stanford has had 11 players drafted, Tennessee has 9Wierd and embarrassing that he apparently sees Stanford as an easier in to the nfl.
Yeah we are in a dip but we still have to be top 5 in players in the league surely. If not top 3.
And spare me the different coaching staff argument. Doesn't apply here. Harbaugh left Stanford one yr ago
So ... What about overall? We dominate.
We are in a dip. So what. Happens to every program. Just a few yrs ago bama had absolutely zero drafted.
True but what have you done for me lately? That especially rings true when discussing recruits.
