Exactly, it is hard to look good with a terrible HC for a season or two, then having to adapt to a whole different coaching staff when the change is made. And it is only more difficult for the high grade players who may only be around for 3 years.

Man it would be nice. I just think this is a different situation since he doesn't stay with them. Maybe he will be loyal to them since they looked out for his best interest, by sending him out west for high school

Jackson will sign with Tennessee and be part of the resurrection of the Vols on the football field. He will be wholly responsible for the resurrection of the track team. In two and half years he will be part of the craziest fan fest Bristol Motor Speedway has ever seen as he competes against Trevor Bayne (event yet to be determined.) And will be an Olympic gold medalist.

That's the plan. All business.

Highly doubt that scenario lasts very long. It's UF. Unfortunately they will not be down as long as we have been. As a matter if fact it wouldn't shock me to see them seriously compete for the East this season.

HG, is just having fun. Right now Florida Football is in the Toilet and they know it. It is kind of like we felt after the KY Loss, knowing we were stuck with DD another year and nobody was going to do anything about it.

Heart down in your stomach. You can make all the excuses you want but it is what it was for us...The team just sucked. Florida is at the first of that journey and now they have Muschump for another year. Add another nail like Adoree Jackson signs with the Vols over the Gators and it will be like watching a dying man take his last breathe.

They will be like walking Dead....Think about it new offense next year...Does the story sound familiar. Fulmer and Clawfense. Then they hire Kiffin from Alabama. This would be a dream come true. They maybe at the beginning of a very big downward Cycle. Don't forget that FSU and Miami are turning it on in recruiting and FSU is coming off a National Championship.....

We maybe seeing Florida's churn in the Barrel...... Can't wait. Don't forget Desperate People do Desperate things so we could also see a NCAA investigation or two especially when they hire Kiffin....

As for A Jackson, I hope someone wise like dad will share this with him about things to come......

Florida is down right now waiting to be kicked in the face, and as any self respecting Tennessee fan would do I refuse to say anything positive about them in public. JMO

At no point in either of my posts did I say they would not win games. They have a crap coach, and I think they will be going through a coaching change in the next year or two. It's more difficult to run through sand than it is on the side walk.

Don't mind them. It's that time of year when folks are on edge.

More often than not if a recruits parents prefer a particular school the kid ends up there. Not always but most of the time.

UF having a superior track program really helps them and hurts UT.

Butch is proving to be a closer so I'm not going to doubt him here. It's going to be a close one though that's for sure.

Just the fact that we are in this until the end shows how great of a job Butch and staff have done on the trail. We've had three losing seasons and we have a top 10 recruit seriously considering us to go along with the best class we've had in a decade. The times...they are a changin'!
