'14 GA DE Dante Sawyer

I believe they have Andrew Williams higher on their board than Sawyer and always have. Grades are a big concern with Sawyer. I think they are bringing in Williams on an OV in January, he may be a longshot but he's probably the only DL left that they'd take.

Serious question. I'm new to the board and I was wondering how you know who is a take and who is isn't? Is it based on the articles containing quotes from the players? Do you or someone you know talk to the coaches about who they're after? Or is it looking at the number of committs we have at the position? Or a combination of the three?

He said he believes so he is speculating. However, his speculation is worth more than what many on here proclaim as fact. He knows Midwest prospects well ESP Ohio. Similar to orange venom with Georgia prospects. An experienced tea leaf reader the man is. Roll with it

Montrell in your opinion, you think the staff would prefer Williams to Cory Thomas, or more they are pushing to get him on campus in the event Thomas flips. Personally I'd love to land both.

1.5 core GPA no way he gets in

Ouch! How in the world do you have a 1.5 GPA in HS?! Just a small amount of effort and you can qualify. Sad that some of these kids can't get the proper guidance early and often about the opportunity they have to get a free education while playing the game they love.

While I agree, he can still get it back on track. Maybe in 2 years we snag a juco beast that has turned the corner.

"According to sources, Sawyer recently received his G.E.D. and is currently on his way to East Mississippi Junior College in Scooba, Miss. today."

Well USCe, say adios to Mr. Sawyer

If he doesn't get it together, AND FAST, he may not make enough grades in JuCo either. Someone needs to light a fire under this kid in the classroom.
