My guess he gets reinstated with the team after NSD. Don't want to scare off Mr. Lewis once again. I think Paulk will be a good player, low/strong center of gravity with some speed. I still think he surprises some folks if he gets reinstated, don't write him off, he's got some things to prove I reckon.

It sucks all the way around. its hard to bring someone back after kicking them off for that whether true or not. He personally has image damaged and misses a critical development year which is big for any freshman but was huge for him coming off ACL.

Thanks. Interesting point that CO_Vol made about maybe announcing his reinstatement after NSD, so that we don't scare Bussey or our 3rd RB off. Definitely would be a good move.

I don't believe there were ever any charges in the first place. I was told the girls' parents pushed the issue. Because of the relationship, I have always thought that good news on Sapp probably meant good news on Paulk.

No, not really. Defamation has to be something that is "published," i.e. publicized.

She could be subject to a false offense report if she flat out lied. But, from what I gathered, there was probably some physical contact between the two, but Paulk was merely trying to protect himself and hold her from hitting him. Obviously, I wasn't there, but that is what I have deciphered from people who have told me.
