'14 GA WR Demarre Kitt

Would take Kitt in a heartbeat. They need a couple WR's in this class. Right now it looks like PW or bust at WR in this class. Adding a freshman transfer would be just as good as landing another HS kid.

Kitt played against Vonn Bell in the Georgia state title game when they were in HS. Bell couldn't cover him with a blanket.

i just thought patrick was looking more and more like a take after his juco start. i ddidnt know if we were gonna take him for sure or not but i figured if he had a great first year and strong second year in juco we would probably give him a look since he is supposedly a lock.

Listening to RTI Pod Cast and they mentioned UT has reached out to Demarre. Stated will have to see but Clemson gave him a full release.

It would seem to me that it would great to have some quality transfers in because of the continued attrition in our own ranks. They would not count towards the SEC signing day max, but rather the overall cap?

No restrictions on which schools he can transfer to... For instance, a lot of SEC schools will release a player but say he can't go to another SEC school.

My first misgivings on Dooley was his unreasonable requirements on releasing players...starting with Nick Lamaison. Everyone understood him not wanting Aaron Douglas to go straight to Bama...but he ended up there anyway (hate to use that example). But I think coaches gain a lot of needed recruiting points by coming across as interested in a player's longterm happiness...'s why I would have been ok with giving Carr clear sailing to Bama...if they had been interested....sell classy?... Be classy! :yess:
