Credit for calling it? I have no problem with Bruin I actually value a differing opinion from the masses but all of us are just throwing darts guessing on these kids based on their actions moreso than their words.Got to give Bruin at least a little credit for calling this. Everybody was on him about it and he was right all along. Keep in mind these things always go Auburn's way. I don't know if they gave him money or not but it sure seems fishy that when they go after a recruit they steal him at the last minute. I can't help to believe money is involved.
Mr. Lambert: If you ain't a Vol you ain't nobody! Get that Vol stuff off your Twitter.
UT has a fantastic class coming in who want to be Vols. They know the challenge they all face. And if some don't want to be a part of that, it's okay. Let's focus on those who want to be here instead of those who don't.
Yep. I can root for someone like Lawson last year (thought about flipping to UT, but let us know well before NSD he was a Barner) but I cannot handle this. I hope Lamb goes there and sits on the bench.UT or not, that's an awful way to handle your commitment.
Stick with UT throughout the process, say you're all Vol regularly, then flip at the last possible moment.
It's a ****ty thing to do. Period.
Another example of why I hope the coaches DO have a no visit policy or at least REALLY pushes for commitments not to take visits after they commit. "He is just having fun" turns out to be bad news for UT more often than not. IMO if the kid trips after committing, I'm already on the phone with his replacement. Hopefully the coaches are ready to fill this spot quickly.
