I was actually thinking a reverse scenario --- Coleman at LT and Kerbyson at RT. From stuff I've read, they're hopeful Thomas will grow into the LT spot sooner than later. It may be too early for that to happen, though.

Austin is a nice player that the staff likes. But he's a natural guard and unfortunately for him we are deep at that position. Doesn't really have the feet or arm length that they like outside. So he's kind of stuck behind certain people.

For the record I personally really like Kendrick. I just think he's better suited for the right side and that he's out there a bit too soon.

True...I would like to see some tweaks made to our scheme and adapt parts of our offense to better utilize some of our current talent on campus. As for QD, I feel he is plenty athletic enough to thrive in the zone read O. A running QB isn't necessary...as a matter of fact I personally would rather have a pro-style guy who can do just enough with his legs to keep defenses guessing. I feel as though QD will truly be special in this offense. Jmo

no I wish on everything I could've still had a spot but you can't beat free college so I decided to go to mizzou. I have lurked on here for the past 5-6 years. parents have been season ticket holders my whole life, I'm tennessee through and through and I wish nothing but the best. only reason I stated that was because some kid came at me like I have no idea what I'm talking about. we played kendrick, he is not good I promise you, and that's that. and it's not that weird, FYI, most players stay updated on these boards... you guys prolly know this tho

I am not saying that you're not who you say you are, but you sure do have a lot of time on your hands to be on a D1 school's roster in the middle of football season. Most players this time of year have no time to do anything, except go to classes and play football.

And the only redshirt freshman on Mizzou's roster from Tennessee is Steven Blakley from Memphis, so..... You and Cody Blanc, huh?

my place of birth homie wasn't TN, lived their for 6 years but decided to use my actuall birth city. you guys just try to knock people down for no reason lmao. have no reason to lie to people who are behind a keyboard. Can we all not just agree that Kendrick is going to get a very good look at RT, hopefully Blair will will too. Thomas will most likely take over the LT spot. Kerbs is going to move inside to C or G. I've heard he's a very good G, notorious seams to believe he's being looked at C. Weisman is going to get looks at C and G, and Robertson has a lot of upside at RG. It seams to me that our coaching staff by SEC play will put the 5 best on the field. IMO for this year that's most likely going to be:

LT: Thomas
LG: Jackson
C:Weisman/Kerbs Notorious is almost always spot on
RG: Robertson backed up by Weisman or Kerbs
RT: Kendrick backed up by Kerbs

We all seam to love UT so let's just leave it at that and support the guys on the field.

I have no dog in this hunt, but this last statement does rub me a little wrong. You're saying that most players stay updated on this board, yet you attack and call soft one of the very players that you wanted to be on the same team as?

Doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially if you ARE a football player. Would seem to me that you would know better.

Just sayin'.

Setting aside the complete absurdity of an active rival player spending his in season time debating the starting offensive line for a school he directly competes against instead of perhaps thinking about his own team, I decided to put your little story to the test.

Given that you said you're a RS Freshman, I knew that meant you must be from the class of 2013. So I went to rivals and looked, and you'd be on there given that you said "can't beat college for free" so you were obviously a scholarship player. Rivals lists players by high school, not "hometown" (an example is Vonn Bell being listed as a recruit from Georgia). Missouri signed exactly ZERO players from Tennessee in 2013. But i decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. So I checked 247 under the same parameters. Found nothing. So in some capacity you are lying to us. Goodbye.

I actually figured it out and he may be telling the truth, which is even more incredible. I won't expose him because he apparently is a Vol fan.
