Because of his frame did other major schools take a wait and see approach while Butch and staff believed he could increase to a good size while he developed on the field? So maybe Butch and staff should be trusted in their evals - is that we are saying here? lol.

The staff has proven repeatedly they know what they are doing in recruiting. Now let's see if they can coach them up and win on game day.

Well...this still doesn't excuse them not naming Worley the starter back in February...NOW OUR SEASON 'S RUINED!!! :scare:

145? I remember hearing he was around 160 when he played at the Shrine Bowl. He looked rail thin but 145 lbs at 6' is a different kind of thin. I think he was probably closer to 160 when came in.

He was stick skinny.....

To gain 30 plus in a short time isn't a easy task and still maintain that speed/agility.

Gotta give Lawson and nutrition guys props.

As much fun as it can be to stuff your face with food, the amount of eating Moseley’s had to do to pack of 30-plus pounds in a few months while going through in a grueling conditioning gauntlet has its moments that are anything but enjoyable — such as getting up in the middle of the night, every night, just to quaff down several peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

From VQ...

"He ate a lot of bread. He ate more peanut butter and jelly sandwiches than the kid wanted to eat. But he knew that it was one of the things that was working, so he did it," Maurer, nationally recognized as one of college athletics' top nutritional experts, exclusively told VolQuest.com. "I would ask him if he liked it and he would say, 'I don't care if I like it or not; if you tell me I will eat it.' It was so easy with him.

...the legend of Butch's peanut butter continues....

I would gag if i had to eat that much. But he has the metabolism of an inferno and is one giant fast-twitch muscle fiber.

i would guess 90% of VN could not imagine losing 30 lbs and being under 180 lol

I was 6'2 145 when I got to UT. 175 after freshman year. I understand what he means when he says he gets tired of eating all the time lol.

This guy is quickly turning into my favorites. You can put peanuts into all kinds of things. I probably eat as much peanut butter as he does.

Butch needs to hire The Amazing Mumford away from Sesame Street to work on the nutrition staff.

"A la peanut butter sandwiches!"

This guy....is becoming exactly what the staff predicted. They know how to pick and develop.
Remember all the posts concerning him? BOOOOM!

Unreal we could take a 2 star committed to Charlotte and turn him into potentially a day one starter.

Absolute amazing scouting by this staff.

The early showings from Jakob Johnson and Moseley lead me to trust this staff in recruiting.
