I'll never understand why so many people on here hate when there's rival posters just because .They bring a different perspective to the board.

Obviously if they're a troll, that's different. But for the most part the rival posters here bring good info.

difference of opinion. I don't understand hanging out on a rival's board. I can think of a million things i would rather do than go to a gator board or a tide board. a million.

Lol well when you put it that way...

All I'm saying is if they have an update or info on a prospect that both schools are in on I don't see a problem with them posting it here..kinda what the board was made for. :)

SIAP From Scout:
“I have met coach (Kurt) Roper before and he’s a good guy and I already have a good relationship with him,” Scott said. “I like the way he gets his play-makers the ball in space and stuff. I think I fit into his offense really well. He wants me mainly as a running back.”

For Scott he has always wanted a Gators offer and when he received the news he was excited to hear it.

“I’ve always rooted for Florida,” Scott said. “I grew up liking Florida and watching them play when I was younger. I was excited to get the offer.”

Scott has already taken two official visits and next up will be a trip to Gainesville followed shortly after that by a decision on where he will attend school at.

“My only visit is to Florida on the 17th,” Scott said. “I’ve already taken officials to Tennessee and South Carolina so after I take my visit to Florida than I want to sit down and make a decision shortly after that. It didn’t hurt Florida that they offered me late. They can still get right in the mix for me.”

Heading into Scott’s official to Florida he has two teams standing out but he knows what he needs to see on his trip to Florida next week.

“Tennessee and South Carolina are my leaders with Florida third right now,” Scott said. “I just want to sit down with the coaches at Florida and see what they have to say and what they have to offer me as a player. I want to see how I comfortable I am with the place and how I like everything. My mom will be with me on my official to Florida

1) getting kicked in the shins by Derek Brodus who is allowed to take a 20-foot running start followed by three crow-hops to get maximum impact potential

2) Hanging upside down by the toenails of both my pinky toes which are secured tightly by fishing wire

3) dine (somehow "eat"doesn't do the event justice) at Tux's table

4) spend an hour talking to (see: listening to) Clay Travis

5) meet Sab

Whew, still have 999,995 to go...

Bc of people like Waco. As long as they're respectful and don't come on here just to give us updates on their commits or players we aren't even recruiting then I don't mind them at all, I actually enjoy having other fans here.

0 passing yards >> florida

It is still amazing to me that Foley was as dumb as Hamilton/Hart by retaining Muschamp like they did retaining Dools. You can never, ever, justify a loss to Georgia Southern and retain the HC. Ever. Period. Just like losing to a WR turned QB'd offense against a horrible Kentucky team. Could not be justified. Should have been immediate termination. I know Muschamp had built goodwill the year before, but that season ended in an embarrassing fashion as well when UL destroyed them in the Sugar Bowl.

Idiots.

I've seen rival posters say they like coming here because the way our recruiting forum lays out makes it one of (if not) the best sites to follow recruiting. Blame Freak, I guess.

That said I've never had issue with HG, MC (who I haven't seen in a minute), SCTiger, and a few folks from Oregon, Cal, Baylor, Kensucky, etc.

I think it makes our forum special, and helps keep info flowing since we all tend to recruit similar players, and they have subscriptions and quotes from their sites they share with us here. I agree they need to know where they are and be respectful, but I will also say I think some of our posters get silly and attack needlessly at times with no provocation.

Like replacing 7 assistants stupid. When 7 assistants leave your program you have to fire the coach.

Spot on. How can you not understand that as an AD? It has to be outside pressure on the AD's own job and internal politics that keeps the guy from doing what is best for the program - which makes that guy the wrong guy to be the AD.

EDIT: Not calling for Hart's job. He lucked up and redeemed himself with Butch. But even with that we had lost another year. Hopefully it will be worth it. As to Scott - we want and need him. Just think that UF may have taken the upper hand in this one.

Spot on post. I've lurked in rivals and out of conference sites and not too many compare to Volnation.

ShaggyBevo by far has the best avi's but that place can be far from civilized.

 I can get same quality females at Flo-Mo

scott's dead leg is top notch.

Wouldn't mid seeing him returning kicks right out the gate. He makes people miss in very close quarters, that is un-teachable and irreplaceable
