South Carolina was prob the early leader until he visited Knoxville. The two's facilities and campuses are even close in comparison if you ask me. Plus personalities of head coaches are very different

Well I can tell ya this- no school in the country shows their players more support than UT. They are rock stars in Knoxville... Imagine what it will be like once we start winning again..

This is what I thought happened (sort of). I know that no matter how well you build relationships and develop players, Cincinnati is just never going get the players Tennessee is. Jason Croom, for example. But since blowing up on the camp circuit I figure Ford is more able to write his own ticket, go wherever he wants to.

And ever since I heard about Spurrier’s comments about Justin Meredith’s recruitment...it explains the lack of high-level impact non-South Carolina players at that school.

Poona won't be going to any spring games in the next couple of weeks, and here is a article that Shurburtt posted of Gerry Hamilton's and Keith Niebuhr's trip to some of South Carolina's top football player's schools:

it was clear that South Carolina is the leader over Tennessee with Ole Miss (offer) and Ohio State also being in the mix.

he is unlikely to be able to make visits to South Carolina and Tennessee the next two weeks due to the ACT this Saturday and a team fund raising commitment the weekend of the Volunteers spring game.
