I think he would be a consensus top 5 DT if he had some more length. His film is sick. He just overwhelms people at the LOS. What he lacks in length he seems to make up for with brute strength and aggressiveness. He seems like one of those guys that are downright mean with their hand in the dirt. Big want.

Even though he's only 6'1" he has the wingspan of someone 6'8". That helps.

c2p this is 247 analyst talking about osu offer...is distance that big of a factor?

. Ford was unable to attend the spring game in Columbia Saturday because he took the ACT. "I did go to their junior day in February though," said Ford. "I like USC because it's close to home and I like the way they play." His reasons for liking Tennessee are a little different. "I like the idea of getting to play early so I would say early playing time is what I like about them," he said.

Though he has named the two schools as his favorites, with no leaders, he says he will continue to look at other schools. This summer he plans to attend several camps with some teammates. Ohio State and Tulsa are the two he mentioned.

Ford still favoring USC and UT

Whatever helps you sleep better at night Carolina. I honestly agree with you. Tired of getting trolled on here with people "close to recruits". I really think he inks with the yard chickens.

I really don't care where he goes. It's his decision, but yeah, I have seen too many people who claim to know what recruits think, and I have seen a lot them proved wrong. Only Poona knows for sure.

Yep. 9 times out of 10, they are frauds. USC bound IMO.

Haha ok. Btw the kid lives in Hilton head, nothing is close. South Carolina 2.5 hours is closest. With UF at 3.5, UGA 4 and Clemson almost 5. Traveling distance to school is not an issue unless you are talking west coast. Oh wait, I'm just trolling and pretending to know, I know nothing.

My only question is why has he not come out and stated that UT leads? He has been quoted in the last couple of weeks as saying SC is his leader. If he has said this and I've simply missed it, then please forgive my ignorance.
