He literally emailed me that Louisville was rising up the charts with Poona in weeks before Poona or any site mentioned them.

I once again would go to bat for C2P's authenticity.

What I don't know can't be used against me in my thoughts? If things were open and he was like "I'm x, I'm his coach/parent/etc, here proof of who I am" or he was publicly correct before everyone else, then I would believe. Neither of those criteria were fulfilled. He may be an insider to the 3 or however many people he emailed, but to me he's just a guy giving supposed inside info to a medium. Also he (or whoever relayed his messages) were very vague. UT/UL battle? I could be an "insider" for 50% of remaining targets on our board. Barnett is a UT/Vandy battle. Mosley is a UT/Bama battle.

I mean if I don't make sense to you fine, I'm just no sheep. I have my own opinions, I have a brain to think for myself, and I'm not going to blindly listen to someone that has not been known to be reliable or gives specific info. I don't really see why so many people bashed me for this, but I honestly don't care either. It's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. If people want to continue bashing/asking questions/conversating about it I'm here. I'm not going to hide and talk vaguely via email.

I understand your point OF, but C2P was clearly connected to Poona and brought some great stuff about Poona(not just that it was a UL/UT battle).

Are you more upset that he emailed a few chosen few on here or with the info that he brought to VN?

Upset? No. More of a skepticism of legitimacy. If I told you I got an email from a guy close to Barnett would you believe me? If he was specific and correct I would have no problem saying he wa legit. I'm guessing that's why you say so?

Maybe I'm just a forward person, but why didn't he give updates on VN? Was he scared? Was he afraid of ruining something? If so why post in the first place?

What was said is he was "busy due to work". Even so, sending an email and logging on to VN and posting takes similar time. It's not like I (idk if others feel this way) want him to drive down to where I live and tell me what's up. A simple clear post would have been great. It seems as if that happened maybe once? I'm sure he has his reasons I guess, but to me this whole situation was handled about as poorly as the hiring of Derek Dooley by C2P.

Hey, OF, we get it. You don't believe c2p. If you don't care why keep posting on this topic in this thread? Move on, man. Plenty of arguing to be done in threads of recruits not committed to other schools. IMO
