'14 TN DB Todd Kelly Jr. (UT Signee 2/5/14)

Will he be the best DB for us since Eric Berry?

Yes, IMO.

Edit: I forgot about Gaulden. I think he's vastly underrated! Not saying he'll be better than Kelly. But I think Kelly and Gaulden are both gonna be remembered for a long long time.

Dang, Kelly's high school plays Baylor this year? Man they have a tough schedule

Scout.com: Kelly Jr. motivated by competition

Mainly focused on recruiting dlineman because that will make his job a lot easier. He said he needs to get Jalen Hurd to recruit a little harder with his big name. Loves competition, assumes we are taking a safety in 2015 so that will help push him even more. Wants to make a name for himself when he gets to UT, and not necessarily be known as his dad's son. Has a great relationship with the coaches and feels like he is on the team already. Up to around 200 lbs

I can see him starting on safety next year for us. Looks like he could play in the SEC already.

TK just looks different. His highlight tape just sticks out of all the others to me. I think it's in his long stride and the way that he makes cuts. He really looks like a special player.

This. Randolph and McNeil will be a good duo for us the next couple years. Kelly and McDowell will definately be in the rotation though

Dude has that "it" factor. Plays with a nasty attitude which we have lacked for quite some time. CBJ will find a place to put him on the field next year. Put McNeil at FS, TK jr at SS. Our DBs will be a strength next year. Wouldn't be surprised to see more nickel defense.

I love TK2 and I think he's gonna be an all American on The Hill, I do. But I'd be utterly shocked if he surplanted a veteran Brian Randolph or McNiel.

Where is your best safety and leader Randolph going to be? Watch for TKjr in some big nickel sets early.
