By that, do you mean that Butch will ask some long committed guys to take a hike/they will leave on their "own"? I gotta be honest, unlike past years I don't see the bulk of the guys in this years class decommitting of their own accord. Its going to come down to whether or not Butch wants to upgrade his recruits and tell some guys to look around. Sucks for them but that's what the best coaches do and that's what I expect from Butch. Just wondering if that is what we are about to start seeing.

It's call Butch Math. Not even the brightest math minds "Gets It".

Not true at all...Josh Dobbs has figured out through astrophysics how to phase shift these players...one scholarship will be used for 2 players. When the ncaa checks there will only be one in this plane of existence...we will have 60 scholarship players for the 14 class. The fun part is during games next year, he can phase shift two players to occupy the same space...imagine the QB when they are sacked by Jihad Ward/Lambert simultaneously, hit with the force of two players, but only one is visible...

The opposing teams' injuries this year has been the result of his beta testing :)

So where exactly is he playing this season? 247 says west mesquite class of 2014 but that isn't true, since he actually graduated in 2013. Is he at a JUCO, prep school, neither?

I dont think he's playing anywhere this year. He's a DT if he ends up in the SEC IMO. I think he's probably a fall back option at this point, which you are going to see with some of the OV's they are bringing in now, since they have a good number of extra OV's to use.

Kevin Ryan, Ryan Callahan, Demetric Warren have all added their prediction of Tennessee today on the Crystal Ball to go along with Justin Hopkins.

With this guy being out of football, I'm just not sure he's in football game shape. Seems like a real project and a redshirt candidate to me.

With this guy being an EE and having 4 years of eligibility remaining, the staff may like him more than some of the JUCO DTs. I'm sure his OV is important because the coaches will need to eyeball him to see if he's in shape, which I suspect he is.

If he is indeed 250-263lbs as the profiles shows, he would need some time to get DT ready for sure. Both Barnett and Lambert have 15-25+lbs on the kid already.

2 years away from football???

No chance that's in his best interest.

No, Bruin. He didn't enroll this fall, so he's the same as a greyshirt. Not saying that we will greyshirt him. He's only been away from football for 1 year.

Football game shape? Hes an EE. He would be fine. Some people have no clue what they are talking about.

I didn't know he was an EE. And I do have a "clue" what I'm talking about. Played football from the age of 4 until 18. Been around it my whole life. Have a family member and friends who are assistants at D-1 schools.
