The DL from Clemson has to sit out a year because he early enrolled and went through Spring Training. He cannot transfer and start immediately.

That just means he has no restrictions on which schools he can go to. Would still have to sit out a year according to NCAA rules unless he gets a waiver.

I agree with that. Also, I am definitely not always right lol! The only way I would see Clemson blocking a waiver is if he goes to USC.
