'15 FL OL Tyree St. Louis

This is the first I've seen Jackson mentioned as a possible OL.

Who has suggested that as a possibility?

I think people are looking for the next "Eric Fisher" because of CBJ. I think Dylan is a very long way from OL talk. The kid would need to add about 50lbs. Put 50lbs on a kid and you could very well destroy him going forward. If Dylan is 265-275lbs within a year or 2 of getting to UT, maybe then the "make him an OT" talk will make sense. The kid is like 235lbs right now.

Wait what?

I doubt anything will be decided until he gets on campus and starts going through workouts. Just like some of our big guys this class. I would bet one of Robertson or Mosely is moved to the offensive side if the coaches don't like what we already have there.

Mosley will be an OG.

I’ve given up hope of ever knowing what is going through there heads. Jones talks about how behind they are recruiting offensive linemen...then takes three. I know, I know, Mosley, Robertson, maybe Vickers. I just don’t see it. I really just don’t get it.

Is there any evidence of this? I would imagine that Mosley's body type and skill set aren't exactly what our offense needs out of an OG.

I'm hoping Mosley stays on D and Robertson gets moved to OG. That beig said, I'll trust whatever the coaches decide.

Orlando Brown didn't do what he had to in the fall so they lost him. VQ said they really wanted another OT but didn't want to take a reach and struck out on top tier OL towards the end of '14 class. The good news is the 3 we did sign are all EE's and our '15 OL recruiting looks to likely bring in the best haul we've had in a long time.

I dont see Mosley being an OG at all. He doesnt' fit the mold of the type of interior offensive lineman they are looking for and have always recruited. He is a DT all the way IMO. Robertson on the other hand could very well end up at OG or Center.

So is St. Louis still planning on committing early? I assume because of his recent UF and Miami offers he no longer plans on visiting Tennessee is the near future?

"Tyree St. Louis continues to very much like Tennessee despite the many offers he's picked up recently including Miami, Florida, USC, South Carolina and others. He will visit USC in April and Tennessee this summer most likely."

"St. Louis has a great frame and used his long arms extremely well to either ride defenders to the outside or redirect them when they tried to counter. He moved his feet constantly, which made it very difficult for defenders to get around him. St. Louis has 11 offers, but with his sky-high potential he looked more like a 30-offer prospect."

Fortenberry has a video interview up with St. Louis on VQ...said he's enjoying all the big time offers rolling in. He really likes UT, talked about the coaches, fans, good school, chance for NFL, etc, said it just feels like home and he said he knows people say that a lot but he really means it for UT. Fort asked him if he had any leaders and he said "Everything's kind of even but I still kind of feel down at home with Tennessee..."

He said he plans to wait it out and likely won't announce until NSD, he will also take all 5 OV's this fall.

“i know tennessee will (get an official visit). I know that.”
