I would agree UGA is where he will end up but I would not give UA or AU much of a chance here. AU looks like they will land Payne even though UA is pushing hard, but UA's best chance is T Settle who is very good friends with D Hand who is recruiting him hard to UA. I do not see TT going to a school with another top DT committed. Not really sure where FSU stands with him. So IMO based on that tweet UT may be the biggest threat for UGA right now.

Lived in the Albany area. This is mainly UGA/FSU/AU country. I would have to think the tiers of his 5 are:

1 - GA
2 - FSU, Auburn
3 - AL, TN
