man it's hard to believe we wouldn't make room for this guy...I'm not fully engaged yet in recruiting.

It is my thoughts we will take 1-2 running backs this cycle. Who would we take other than him?

Michael Weber, RB from Michigan. Really like that kids film.

Exactly. It just depends on what you want out of a rb this cycle. IMO I like this kid, but I also like AKs blend of size and speed. Seems like he'd be more ready to contribute.

Agree. I liked Kamara alot when he was coming out of Norcross. Would love to be able to pull him. Having him, Hurd, and Scott. OMG

Nobody. Don't let these people fool you. Griffin is one of the most explosive players in the country, and he is the #1 RB on Tennessee's board.

Thanks for the clarification. He may not pick us...may not be as realistic as some of the others but it sure seems odd to say he is not a take because of numbers.

Also, what's the scoop on Kamara? Is he legitimately considering a transfer to TN or is that more wishful thinking? If he transferred would he be on campus this fall?

They need at least 2 RB's in this class IMO. Outside of the freshman coming in (and with Lane graduating) there is virtually nothing at RB in the classes ahead of them.

My top tier guys would be: Hines, Love, Griffin, Weber. You take any of those guys without question if they want to commit.

As far as Kamara goes I have no idea what I'd do there.

Maybe the culture just wasn't a good fit for him at Bama...or maybe he was over-rated out of high school

Kamara is not a good fit in the Bama offense philosophy.....plus he got hurt and the rest is history. Better fit in our offense but he is not the 1st choice I gather...
