They are not the same type of receiver. Thats like saying Croom and Pearson are the same type of receiver.
Both are tall receivers. That doesn't matter though. The whole point is where the attention/money/love is spent. This is a diversion tactic. Don't get me wrong, I would take Owens in a heartbeat. However this pursuit makes UGA realize Owens is not a given. I don't care what the recruiting sites day. It's the game within the game.
Certainly plausible. Again, it makes UGA commit to the recruit.
IF they still want him. If they want him as a TE, that probably means they dont think he is up to par at WR for them. And since he doesnt want to play TE, the might not be as interested now.
Not saying this is the case. But it could be a scenario
Sure it is. Who does put their full attention on? Same type of receiver. It makes them choose.
This here is the answer to the Preston Williams de commitment to GA if that happens.
This couldn't be further from the truth. Not only has Preston been a commit for a while now, he has constantly re-assured this fan base time and time again. Not to mention we were his favorite team growing up, he has a bond with CZA unlike any other recruiting him, he's a big fan of the school and offense, and he loves CBJ.
Oh, did I mention that he's a UT commit? Just thought I'd throw that in there Angus. But if it gives you something to do then by all means CARRY ON. Just letting your know you're setting yourself up for some serious disappointment if you believe Williams is gonna flip to the Dawgs.
