'15 JUCO RB Alvin Kamara (UT commit 6/21/14)

Wow. Can you see the future lol. That's impressive. Glad Croom had a great bounce back. We need him and I think he is very capable, like he showed today.

So about Kamara. He good

Lol! Croom is finally healthy. Did you see in his interview it was mentioned that he wore a soft cast in the first 3 games? Had an injury that occurred a few days before the opener...and it wasn't just a sprain. He didn't have a cast on yesterday. Hope he continues to improve. This team is very dangerous, if we can get everyone healthy and stop the big mistakes.

I'll try another look into the future...Vols win big against Florida...34-10

Oh yeah, Kamara...he REAL GOOD!

Vols over Florida, I'm feeling it too!

1980 Georgia Bulldogs would disagree.
Might as well say "the 1945 Army Black Knights disagree." The way the passing game has evolved (and the game as a whole) it's not a worthwhile comparison.

If you guys didn't see how important having at least a solid qb is, after watching our offense with Peterman yesterday, then you're just in denial.

i just rewatched this dudes highschool highlights and id forgotten how quick and shifty he was. he has some swagger about him as well, you can tell he plays with some cockiness and i like that, especially in a RB. who do yall think he compares to as far as skillset in the SEC? from what i saw im thinkin maybe similar to alex collins? not huge guys but still run with great balance and deceptive power to go along with great acceleration and solid receiving skills.

You're welcome to belive that. Like I said, it's a free country. Bash away.

These are the same posters that were without mercy on Josh Smith last year. They are not very good fans imo.
Support may be a term they are not familiar with.

I am seeing great progress from the ou game to the uga game. There will never be seamless progress. There are always mistakes.

I am very proud of the whole team! I really like the progress. Huge difference compared to the 4 years before this staff got here :salute:

I don't want to start anything but if they're going to call him out when he doesn't perform to THEIR standards they should at least man up when he plays well. Many were ready to write him off last week.

Not one single person was ready to write him off. He embarrassed WRU on national TV and got called out for it. No one said he was done or would never have a chance at being decent.

Go back and read.

QUOTE it. He has been mostly ineffective and hasn't lived up to his potential at all so far. Nothing wrong with fans calling that out and wanting more. Everyone wants him to start playing like a WR his size should, no one thinks it's impossible for that to happen.

Embarrassed? That's a little strong. It was one game. It was one pass. Give me a break! Paulk being dismissed from the program for domestic violence...that's embarrassing. A guy not catching a pass for a TD is not embarrassing.

I don't have the time nor do I want to relive what I consider to be an embarrassment to Volnation. I take it you're one of the ones that was bashing Croom. Hey man don't hate Mr. Croom for having a great game just because you threw him under the bus last week. It's not painful to give the man some props.

It was 3 easy catches that he totally whiffed. One of them in the endzone that turned into an int. It was every bit as bad as Josh smith's bad games last year. It was horrible, he got called out by fans on a message board, and the "Croom can do no wrong" apologists can't handle anyone saying anything bad about his performance.

Everyone wants and expects him to have UGA games be the rule, not the exception like it has been. No one thinks someone of that size and speed is a lost cause, we just recognize that he has a ways to go.

He missed on on what I consider a difficult catch. I can only remember him missing on another and on that one the defender had one of his hands pulled behind his back. Should have been PI.

3 "easy" catches?? Are you kidding me? Do you have an agenda against him or something? The catch in the endzone was not easy. Was it a catchable ball? Yes, but not easy. The only other one I remember, PI should have been called and wasn't even close. Straight from Croom's mouth "he was trying to rip my arm out of socket." Some of you are unreal!

Dude that catch for him should've been easy. A CB that size shouldn't win a physical matchup versus Croom. I don't care what he was doing. Glad he bounced back well this game.

How about we stop talking about Croom in this topic and start talking about how scary a 1-2 punch of Kamara and Hurd is gonna be?
