Agreed. Much of it hinges on the OLs improvement though IMO.

Not a big fan of Jake but in his defense, the east/west offense will look better when you've got a line that gives the play time to develop and you've got elite speedsters on the outside that can break a tackle and turn a 5 yard gain into a 25 yard gain.

Our big plays actually come when we attack downhill. I have no idea what he's looking at. The SEC is a league where you have to attack defenses directly. Vertically in the passing game and downhill in the running game.

I remember when UF started doing that with Tebow, Harvin, and that whole crew, and whenever somebody got put in motion I though,t "another 10 year gain down the sideline." We'll have the skill position players, and I think the line will progress a lot.

Bussey, Pig, Wharton, AK, Hurd, Malone, Dobbs, Pearson all moving around back there will give people fits.

I feel like his offense is the equivalent of the bend but don't break defense. You won't hit many big plays, but you keep the chains moving.

It's the opposite of Chaney's, which I hated at times. Way too many 3 and outs with that offense even with Bray, CP, and Hunter.

I agree. Next year we will finally have a full complement of talent and experience to run this offense. I expect our offense to look more like the USCe and UK games and less like the UF and Ole Miss games. Should be fun !
