Recruiting is fickle but I like where Tennessee is at this point with Allen. Clearly UGA had to look elsewhere and give other offers when Allen de-committed. They've made hard pushes with Madden and Buchanan who weren't even on their board several weeks ago. I have to admit, that was a quick and successful recruitment of Madden, who is a pure OT. Wisconsin has to be disappointed that he flipped. Though Buchanan is committed to California, UGA is making a big push for him too and it will be interesting to see what he does this week. He could also play OG though he is being recruited as a OT. UGA also pushed for Boulware, but it seems he is solid for UT. All this makes you wonder if UGA is just as uncertain about Allen as we are right now. I'm sure they made another big push with him Friday evening with their in-home visit. Tennessee has an in-home visit this coming week. We clearly have a great need for the OT position in this class. Hopefully is seeing that beyond just liking Tennessee as a program.
