'15 NC CB Mook Reynolds

Yeah this. Williams has been a pleasant surprise and Coleman has held his own.

Yep. I REALLY like what they've done with Coleman and McNeil, especially - they realized they were never going to be lockdowns in coverage, so instead they turned them into enforcing run-stoppers, which plays to their strengths. They're playing with more confidence than ever now as a result. Love it.

Martin is a freak and may be an high round NFL pick in the near furture at cb. NO WAY you dont take him.

I'm not huge on Juco players they pan.out less than they work. I don't believe we need them at this point

Martin is the real deal. Not your typical JuCo guy. When LSU goes hard after you that tells you all you need to know about your talent. LSU lands 1-2 5* DBs every year. For them to pursue Martin considering their ability to land elite HS CBs tells you how special they think he is.

Nah you've got to take Martin. When schools who don't offer juco DBs offer him you know athletically at the least he's a freak.

Exactly. The dude has offers from Florida and LSU. How often do you ever see these teams dip into the JUCO pool for a CB?

It's not like the guys at the No.2 spot aren't playing good football. They actually look good to me. I just think everyone thinks we can match Sutton. Sutton could end up as the best CB to ever put on the Orangd.?

Michael Williams competes! His mentality is already light years ahead of where Coleman was this early in his career.

It's pretty impressive what my guy Willie has done to this secondary.

He, vangorder and chiz are some of best teachers I've been around. Putting players in position to succeed is the epitome of coaching.

Beginning of the year people wanted McNeil to transfer ( ) now he's taking Heads off every game, simply because he is allowed to walk down and play down hill like he should have been from day one on campus. That side of the ball has definitely adjusted to its personnel

Now Jay you ain't bout to take my boy Willie. Lol I said he was the best assistant on staff. People don't remember how he developed the secondary at UGA in the early 2000s. Also I told them the secondary would be out to make plays. Sutton is light years ahead of where he's supposed to be due to him listening to Coach Martinez. Kid was really just an athlete playing the position in HS.

This many times over.

I ran the data on his days at UGA - great stuff. Before he became co-DC his unit was as good as it gets. It fell back some after that, but was still top tier. I have zero issues with the D-staff. I had concerns about Jancek when he was announced as DC, but he made me a believer early last season.

Sutton probably will end up being the best CB ever to come out of UT, at least in my lifetime. Never seen any better at this stage of their career.

I had issues with Jancek last year. Better players really make his system look quite a bit better though. I'm fine with him right now. Love how he's hiding Coleman inside. :)

I am pretty sure that people will have the same mindset when the o-line improves on offense.

No not at all. Coach Jake and crew aren't playing to the strengths of the personnel.

It was one game the offense look god awful and it was the fla game. All the other games, the offense look good. Granite the ou game, we missed a couple opportunities to make that game really interesting and that's not counting the bogus non fumble call

Yep...couldn't agree more. Cam is absorbing every last drop of Coach Martinez's coaching and earning one helluva nice future payday.

Marinez is good, but Terry Fair deserves a lot of the credit for the way the secondary is playing. He does a ton of the work behind the scenes.
