That was my comment.

As always my fans then started the numbers talk. Please note, my comment said nothing about numbers. If your looking for a reason to complain or bash someone, you can usually find it. You can then usually find some folks to join in the crying. I've gotten use to it. :)

I'm not "looking for a reason to complain or cry" any more than you are trying to b**** about how are we going to take everyone we offer this year. You're stating your opinion, I'm stating mine that I'm tired of the same sh** every day. You can post whatever, and I can respond however

I think the one youre getting attacked for is the one I linked. Not taking 1 player because we took another is regular conversation. But bringing up the numbers (the one I linked) is what everyones grown tired of

Yep, and on top of that, at this time last year there were less spots than 30 "available". Everybody knows there will be many more spots available just like every other year. Especially in a coaches second year. This is so basic. It is absolutely unreal to read this same crap in every thread. You would have to be completely ignorant to the recruiting process to be claiming what LV is claiming.

Then to make it worse LV says it's everybody else is causing this, not him. Classic Bruin style! Plus the "fans" who must be following him. LV, it's impossible to ignore. It's in every thread! The exact same quotes every time. That's why you get blasted ALL day in every thread.

At this point in the cycle what do numbers really mean? We have no idea what the class will look like. Come on LV... lighten up on the numbers man.

It's very normal for VN. If your going to speak your mind and it does not fall into the common mindset among a chosen few on here, those few and their "followers" will quickly turn it into a personal attack. Thick skin is something you have to have on this message board if you want to voice your opinion. I'll admit, sometimes I tend to stroll by and toss gas on the fire and watch them go into a frenzy. :)

I may be in just about every thread. When your trying to figure out who is a take and who is not with the smaller class, it plays into a lot of different recruits threads. :whistling:

Ignore... I ignored him about 2 years ago and took him off around November. Believe it or not he's actually less depressing now than he used to be. This is LV in a nutshell....The glass is always less than half empty.

Y'all are getting flamed for two completely different reasons.

In LV's case he is making a valid point, but he is making it about 8 months too damn early.

In your case you just said something that is unforgivably stupid and brings your Vol-fanship into serious question.

Oddly enough I don't seek attention. In no way am I a troll. I state my opinion on a given situation all along knowing there are a few who will allow it to throw themselves into a frenzy. Will I change my opinion to keep them from doing it? No way. There is alot of entertainment value in a good "freak out".

Who is number one de. On our board my guess is Phillips cause he is instate. I like to add I agree with Ron on this one we sec is won in trenches we are more short on talent on dine and online than any other position. Jones stated many times about how much dine prospects are in demand. Basically if u get a top tier recruit u do not pass cause of numbers you move some numbers at another position. If Roseboro is very close number 2 on board no way in he'll we tell this guy to look around. We have had one good defense line class in 7 years...... In my opinion this is not even a second thought to coaches.ron is spot on
