Amen to that.

I've got 12,000 posts of WTH is he talking about anyways? :)

Actually, mostly numbers I believe. I think it's fair to say over fifty percent of your posts or better have to do with the numbers! Others cringe at your mathematical prowess! :loco:

I'd question your numbers. :)

I'd guess my numbers crusade has accounted for in some way to maybe a thousand posts at most. My "Why no DT's in 2014" journey had a fairly large post count attached to it. Now my "Fire Dooley" campaign was a thing of beauty.

To what? Khaleesi?

I prefer Targaryen Princesses to Sell Swords

Your crusade against Torrance Gibson is adding to the numbers as well.

j/k....well, not really.

There are usually a couple recruits each cycle that I decide against the masses on. Sometimes it's for UT getting said recruit, other times it's against us signing them. If everyone always agreed on everything, what fun would that be?

LOL I actually prefer your fact-based reality to the sunshine pumping. I'm a realist through and through, but I'm always holding a little flask of Big Orange Kool-Aid :dance2::)

The 5-foot-9, 180-pound Love said he plans to “announce my top schools sometime soon,” adding that he “probably” would name them “sometime in July.” He said Tennessee “definitely” will be on that list, and the Vols “more than likely” will get one of his five official visits.

Love said Tennessee coach*Butch Jones’ staff, including running backs coach*Robert Gillespie*and linebackers coach*Tommy Thigpen, is one of the main things he likes about the Vols.

“They show a lot of love. They seem real interested in me,” Love said. “They call you on the phone, talk to you, let you know they’re really trying to build a good relationship with you.

“They say I bring something to the table that they don’t really have yet —*just bring a different dimension, different package — because they already have the power and all that stuff over there. They’re just looking for a guy like me, really.”

He said he’s hoping to visit Tennessee again this summer, perhaps as early as this month.

“It’s definitely a priority to get back over there sometime,” said Love, who claims more than 20 scholarship offers. “I remember Coach ‘G’ saying hopefully (I could visit) sometime soon, so probably this month.”

Love said Florida and Georgia “are showing a lot of interest,” and he wants to visit both schools this summer, along with Virginia Tech and Tennessee.

“I would say Stanford, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, UNC, (N.C) State, Virginia Tech — I feel like all those schools are recruiting me the hardest,” said Love, who most recently traveled to N.C. State on Tuesday for “an academic visit.”

While he said he “probably” will announce his college choice sometime “during football season, he added that he only plans to make his decision “whenever you just know it’s right.” He also insisted that geography will not play a “huge” role in where he decides to play, although he’s currently considering at least three in-state schools.

“Ultimately, I feel like you have to go to the right place that’s right for you,” said Love, the younger brother of East Carolina redshirt freshman wide receiver*Chris Love. “Regardless of whether it’s 1,000 miles away or just 10 miles away, you just have to go to the right place for you.

Gamechanger is a understatement when referring to this young man. I have faith in Butch, Thig, and Coach G versus everyone else in the country:D

"Bryce Love still has Tennessee in his top group, with Stanford, the instate group and a few others. Right now it seems the Vols and Stanford may be near the top of that list. Says he's comfortable at Tennessee."

Over UNC? That surprises me.

I really like B-Love but I don't know that we will have room to take another back in this class. I just watched his film again, and he reminds me of Warrick Dunn.

I see us having 9 spots left if we sign a full class of 25. I think Woods will be a grades casualty, and Lovingood will be asked to walk on. (Thus the 9 spots) I see the breakdown being about like this:

1 OL: Richmond (?)

1 WR: Jefferson

1 ATH: Gibson

2 DT: McKenzie, Jones

1 DE: Phillips

1 LB: Sapp

2 CB: Ordway, Martin (?)

* (?) Denotes players that may be replaced by another prospect or
may commit elsewhere

also, I am not an insider, this is JMO

Subtract Gibson and give that scholly back to Lovingood and you have what I think will happen, IMO.

This is one of the players Callahan said we sign regardless of numbers. It would be a home run if we land him.

From UNC 247 writer yesterday:

"Bryce Love is the main and most logical target for UNC at running back in the 2015 recruiting cycle. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound prospect out of Wake-Forest Rolesville High School holds 21 offers. He runs a 4.3 second 40 yard dash. Love's 247Sports Crystal Ball currently is 92% North Carolina and 8% South Carolina with 13 total predications registered."

I would love for this kid to be a part of this class. Not sure if the numbers (there's that dreaded word) will allow.
