Don't sleep on Scott getting some carries this year either. Lane is a physical runner and is usually dinged up for a few games a season. If either Lane or Hurd get dinged up, I'd imagine Scott fills that void in some capacity.

That's how it's supposed to look. It's his highlights. I'm not feelin it watching them but if the coaches like him, maybe I'm missing the boat.

They need Rocky and he will continue to train and get better. Lane is done after this season and is a tough runner, but does not run like Rocky. You need a bull in a china shop that gives the D fits tackling him. Hence, Rocky. None of the stable on the roster is like him for 2015 forward.

Love how this staff spots the needle in the haystack before everybody else.

I can just envision him taking fool's souls in the third quarter and the Rocky theme coming over the loudspeaker at Neyland.

Love this staffs thought process. Don't recruit an entire room of similar styles. That leads to in house jealousy and transfers. When you have a role its easier to accept being a team player.


Lane, Hurd, Scott, Paulk and Young all bring their own strengths to the table. Then Reid is the power back we need to get the tough yards. Now we need to find another electric just flat out speed back. Hurd and Scott bring home run ability but would be nice to just have that Deanthony Thomas style kid that is a TD waiting to happen at any moment. Taj griffin would be excellent but doubtful.

Nevermind the fact that he implied his wife is average looking at best but overachieved. Frankly, I would be championing the heck out of my wife (when I actually reach the point in my marriage that I'm ready for such a commitment) regardless of her appearance haha.
