Jim Mora Jr. at Florida would be scary. I'm hoping that guy stays out of the SEC for a long time. I know UCLA is struggling a bit right now, but he's a good coach.

Bobby P contract makes it near impossible for him to leave Lousiville anytime soon.

Mora isn't going anywhere. See ESPN article today. He turned down TX and his Alma mater.

You don't want McDaniels. Overrated is an understatement.

I get that. I watched both games. Taking your team cross-country to open the season three time zones away is a tough way to start a season, but they were up 11 going into the 4th q on the road against UVA. They were also up 14 on Memphis going into the 4th. Memphis scored 14 points in 3 plays to open the 4th, and UCLA mounted an immediate scoring drive to go back up, and Memphis never crossed midfield again.

In any case, I took the comment to mean the program was struggling on a bigger scale (which I obviously disagreed with), but perhaps he did mean in a more refined sense concentrated on the early portion of this season. Based on expectations, I'd agree from a national perception that they aren't beating teams yet like most thought they would. The tests get a little tougher going forward for them with games @Texas, @ASU, & home vs. Oregon in 3 of their next 4. I do like Hundley at QB.

Rumor has it that McDaniels was next up if Champ turned down the job. Foley and Bill are really tight and he thinks highly of his former coaches.

Can't see that happening. If the Gators stay healthy, my guess is they will have a very good season this year. They are way too talented on Defense and my guess is Driskel will be much better now that he is healthy. Taylor is going to be one heck of a RB also.
