'15 OH TE Eli Wolf

Oliver and eli are pretty much the same size. Oliver is an inch taller and at 6'5 205. Wolf is 204 and we know he has the genetics to get bigger.

Apparently I was looking at an old rivals profile but still eli has the frame for more weight easily.

I still stand by what I said about in-line blocking TE...we need a big TE who can step in behind Wolf after Ellis leaves. Oliver fills that role. However with the speed & frame Eli has, he could be a nice special team talent.

IMO, Wolf is one of the nation's top walk-ons and will likely end up with a scholarship in 2-3 years:

Former NFL scout Welton said Eli’s smaller stature — he’s 6-foot-4, 205 pounds compared to Ethan’s 6-foot-5, 245-pound frame — was the only thing preventing him from getting bigger scholarship offers, but that time and effort could correct that down the road.

“His tape is actually better than his brother’s, believe it or not, but he’s small. He’s just not as big as his brother,” Welton said Wednesday during the Tennessee athletic department’s live stream on National Signing Day. “But we’re excited about that one. He’s a kid who’s been around the program, and he really wanted to come here. He turned down some Division I scholarships to come here, so that says a lot about Eli and what he really wants to do. He’s a confident kid. He just can’t wait to get going.

“And I tell you what, he’ll come in right away and probably make a difference.”

Tennessee now a two-man Wolf pack

Tight Ends Coach Mark Elder on Wolf: "Eli has a great skill set and is a tough kid. He has a lot of potential when he grows into the tight end position. He won the Ohio State Championship as a senior and holds every receiving school record at Minster."

* Set Minster record for career receptions (124), receiving yards (2,234) and receiving touchdowns (27) over three varsity seasons
* 2014 MAC All-Ohio First Team Offensive End
* Had school-record 74 receptions and school-record 1,319 receiving yards as a senior in 2014
* Caught nine passes, including three touchdowns, for 145 yards in state title game
* Posted 43 catches for 907 yards as a junior in 2013
