Tennessee hasn’t convinced me that they can beat any major university

Arkansas, in year two under Sam Pittman, Kendal Briles and Barry Odom, and having been winless in the SEC for….a while, are now ranked #20 in the country. Will be interesting when they hit the SEC schedule, but they look like they’re going to be a tough out for anyone they play. Why can’t lightning strike for the Vols? Why?
