'15 TN ATH Jauan Jennings (UT commit 4/7/14)

Ok just to clear the air guys. My wife asked me to remove the stuff about her. She is a very private person and doesn't want her info on here. No there are no issues on grades with him. When you take the type of classes he is taking, you don't have a teacher to hold your hand and teach you. So we can squash that type of talk. Jauan is a very brilliant kid and is taking classes you couldn't pay me to take. Once again people making claims and assumptions with out having any info.

Thank you. You can't provide info on here without some throwing out all kinds of assumptions. There are absolutely zero grade concerns with JJ. I don't understand what the big deal was with your deleted posts. Appreciate the info... :good!:

Smyrna is a nice place. With kids that age, I would suggest narrowing into the area of the Stewarts Creek school zone. That and the Blackman area are very nice with pretty good schools top to bottom. Plus, in those areas, you can find places that are outside of the city and it's property tax.

One of my best female friends that I've known my entire life lives on Stewart's Creek Road. It's definitely a nice area

Confirming his EE. Has Jennings himself confirmed he is? Putting it out there he is being tutored. Trouble with grades and qualifying? Talking about his number he may claim.

If there was nothing to it, why the deleted posts?

EE is a go. No issue qualifying. If there were an issue qualifying, EE would not even be in the discussion.

Jauan is going to be an EE. This kid is working his butt off to accomplish this. High character kid that is taking his craft and future seriously.

Can't wait to see him after the spring and how much he progresses during that crucial time.

Anyone hear Jennings interviewed on 104.5 tonight?

He said watching Dobbs makes him think about what he himself can do in this offense. And said that he thinks he himself could do better running in the open field.

Why don't you ask him for his license and registration while you're at it?

He's probably right. Dobbs is a good athlete and passer, but Jennings is probably the better of the two in terms of sheer athleticism.

Seeing how much of an impact Dobbs has had on this offense, I think it's safe to think CBJ and Bajakian will prefer the true dual threat QB, going forward. I think they have been leaning more towards the QB's passing acumen, even if that meant he isn't all that athletic as a runner.

But now, I suspect that if the QB is a great athlete but maybe not as polished of a passer as some of the pure PP's, then they will prefer him. As long as Jennings continues to develop well as a passer, I think he has the advantage over Dormady...whereas many here assumed Dormady would be in the driver's seat from day 1.

Can't go wrong with either one IMO...guess we'll see which one in three years.

It's about time....:hi:

Seems that is his stat line every week. Let me guess... Didn't play much of the second half And score was around 40-something to something in the teens?

I must say that I agree with you here. Now I don't think Dormandy is as bad as Worley when it comes to keeping the ball but not the athlete Jennings by any means. I still hope Jennings is able to RS next year to polish his passing abilities and put on some muscle.

Jennings, who was 8-of-17 passing for 174 yards with 55 rushing yards, dove into the corner of the end zone to cap a 35-yard TD run. He also hit Lorel Morton for an 18-yard touchdown pass.
