'15 TN CB Ugo Amadi

So your feeling is that he held them up in the picture like that to aid Ole Miss in marketing the gloves for resale and helping to aid in closing out their revenue goals for 2014?

Cool, we'll go with that. :)

Maybe he just needed some gloves to wear and he can't exactly wear TN/LSU gloves unless he wanted reporters and everyone asking him questions. You always make things out to be a conspiracy theory. Sometimes things in life are pretty simple. People like to wear cool looking gear and show it off

Matched the uniforms IMO.

We can't expect our commits who may take visits to do it and then get mad when a recruit does it to us. Of course we don't want it happening on our dime but neither does Ole Miss, and it likely happens on a lot of visits all over.

You get too caught up in being fair to other programs...FYI they don't return the favor.

I think the staff prefers a 4-2-5 defense, so I think they'd take Martin and Ugo regardless.

Ugo is a great nickel prospect and dynamic return man, something we haven't had in a long, long time.

Omg...this. Couldn't agree more. There really isn't anything "fair" ever going on in recruiting IMO...from coaches to players to families to outside pressures. Coaches tell kids what they want to hear. Recruits string coaches along. Many times a kid's family pushes a kid a certain way for selfish reasons. And then you have handlers and such doing what they do.

Recruiting is one big game of cat and mouse...nothing fair about it really. It's what makes it so interesting and fun iyam. No one is 100% open and honest in recruiting...recruits, coaches, no one. It is what it is...
