Im calling BS on Ugos comments. He screwed himself and now that Martin is committed to Tn he is really screwed.

I doubt it would happen, but I hope we have since pulled this kid's scholarship offer. I've seen enough 5'8 corners with big mouths to last a lifetime. Rarely do kids this size contribute.

I posted this very thing this morning. Needs to take some medicine and honor his commitment to a school he's never OV.

I don't understand why you want to be a hardazz here. Our coaches seemingly failed to evaluate him properly early in the process, then did an about face and started recruiting him hard. Then, he chooses LSU over us. Looks to me like we slighted him once, then he slighted us once. Perhaps it's even now and the coaches can continue recruiting him.

And why so much stink about not OV'ing. He's been there multiple times already. Earned his scholly camping there. The OV is just a red carpet event, he already seen everything. It like Kyles OV to UT. He said he already seen it all, just wanted to enjoy the trip with his Maw.

I agree with this. Even with my recent post urging poster to ease up on Ugo. We all got our chuckle, let him save face, everyone move on now.

Please go back and read my posts in this thread. I've defended this kid repeatedly. You have misinterpreted my post somehow.

As for the OV, his Mom or someone who can ask questions to coaches about their kids future needs to happen prior to committing. Someone with his best interest should have asked Chavis about his contract. That's my point about the OV.

The possible Chavis move has been pretty public for a while now let alone coaching staffs probably heard long before speculation became public. coaches and support staff talk and this type stuff gets all over football circles

seriously, don't pay attention to what these recruits say. Over half of what they say is just to mislead fan bases. With Twitter and Instagram, it has gotten far more frequent that they play games. They are not serious about most of what they say and do.

The read message boards a lot and laugh at reactions. So I doubt his comment was serious comment whatsoever. We are still contacting him so don't think the comment affected our staff
