IIRC Buck is corner36 on VolQuest. Word around the campfire is that Josh Malone's mother was hired by the non-profit Buck works for (it is a nonprofit aimed at providing tutoring and mentoring to high school athletes). All rumor though, haven't seen anything that backs it up. Wouldn't shock me if it was true, nor would I be surprised if it was just a message board rumor.

JMO but if Buck was steering kids to UT and/or acting as a handler for UT, then we would have landed several more prospects over the years from the Nashville/Middle TN area and/or at least seen more of a battle to keep them in Tennessee.

You should just admit that UGA is the most overrated and overhyped football program of all time. You should also just admit that your coach, Helen Hunt, is the most underachieving coach of all time.

UGA sucks balls and hasn't been relevant in 40 years.

Even if true, it's not exactly a smoking gun either, unless Tennessee is funneling her salary through "donations" to Buck's NFP.

Buck played at UT from 97-01. He got to be around Peyton Manning and enjoyed a NC in '98.... Something UGA knows nothing about. Anyways, he was at UT for some of their best years. Does he hold bias towards UT? Hell, I'd hope so after what he got to experience. But does he personally lead and gift wrap kids to UT? I highly doubt it. He would have been exposed by now if he did.

In UT's 2010 recruiting class under Dooley, we landed 2 instate kids. Just 2. In 2011, we landed 7 instate kids. Two of those guys are no longer with the team. And out of those 7, only 2 were 4*s...

In 2012 and Dooley's final year, we landed all of 3 instate kids. Two 2*s and a 4*. What I'm getting at, Dooley put little to no emphasis on instate recruiting. Butch gets hired and he's cut his teeth instate wise. It was a huge challenge and he's done very well.

Buck isn't leading kids to UT with a collar around their neck. And I wasn't throwing off on Rico with my last statement, just who he associates with.

1. This zerobcschampionships needs to be banned he brings nothing productive to this vol site

2. If buck was a vol handler then Ramsey would be a Vol. Ugo Amadi would be committed to TN. Emmanuel and Josh Smith would be Vols.

A bunch of butthurt people that associate former vol in meaning oh he is a bagman. If he was then he would have sent kids to play for Dooley regardless but he didnt.

It's a real shame that that the mid state is booming in talent in large part to the work he is putting in and you have bogus claims being made by butthurt rival fans because they couldn't win a recruiting battle. You know how many kids buck works with? It's a ton that go D1 that don't go to TN.

Freak, can we please ban this person? He/she/it brings nothing of value to VolNation other than to stir sh1t and bump recruits' threads from ages back whenever it has something to do with UGA.

If I knew where he/she/it lived, I would fracture their genitalia with my foot, therefore probably deterring them from ever coming back, but since that can't happen, can you do the next best thing and ban him/her/it?

I am pretty sure Buck accompanied him to USC, not sure if he did to FSU. There were some posters on the Scout site that threatened to quit giving money to Buck's organization because of it.
