If I am being serious, The 2015 class is:

QB-Will take 1(Gentry or Williams)
RB-Swinney
OL-Jones, Stewart, Richmond
WR-Williams, Woods
DT-McKenzie
DE-Butcher, Jackson,Philips
LB Dews, Cherry

Yup, as of now that's it. That is all there is currently room to take.

Oh I agree. The staff will continue to recruit like the class is empty. Of course recruiting and accepting commitments are very different. If as another poster claims we have 12-13 by June, IMO it would have to slow way down. It would be very irresponsible for the coaches to continue to add commitments with nowhere to put them. If they staff just takes 25 kids and are forced to "process" kids out of the program if they want to leave or not, I think it proves to be a big mistake.

Landscaping was never my thing.

I'm just looking at it as realistic as I can. There are a set # of scholarships. You can't add kids with nowhere to put them. It's just the way it is.

No worries though. We currently have 12 or so spots available for 2015 and only 7 commitments. We good.

So what happens when these Jr's choose to just stay at UT and accept they are a practice player and graduate from Tennessee as they had planned? What if these kids are not interested in taking a transfer to ETSU to make room for another kid who MAY prove to be better? I sense kids like playing for CBJ more than the last couple of coaches. I'm not so sure kids will just walk away vs finishing their football days and graduating from UT.

There are only 18 SRs. I think as many as 6 of them are not currently on scholarship. I am not 100% sure about that as Ayres, Carter, Toney, and a few others could or could not be on scholarship. If that is the case, then that leaves 12 spots for the 2015 class as of right now as the staff took as many as they could for 2014 and still stay under the 85. You also have to take 2 of those 12 away as Dews and Robertson will get those spots. That actually leaves us with 10 spots for 2015 as of now. If any of the 6 kids I listed in another thread are in fact on scholarship, you could add 1 more for each on ship. I think 12 was a safe # to go with.

A WO has nothing to do with the 85. They don't take up a scholarship so one does not become available if they leave/graduate.

It's safe to say 3-5 more spots will become available. Looking at the JRs on the roster, I have a VERY hard time seeing more than a handful of guys who would look/be told to look elsewhere. Randolph? Pig? McNeil? I just don't see it. I honestly see 2-3 names I think could be possible. That's about it IMO.
