Obviously I know nothing about our 2015 recruiting board, but I have a hard time seeing this kid as a take at LB with Cherry already on board and Mouhon committed in 2014. 2015 LB recruiting is going to be very competitive and we only have a few LB spots to give.

I just realized we have taken 5 4* LB commitments May 31st. That is ridiculous.

We are looking at Deberry, Smith, Anderson, McMillon, Holland, and Sapp as well.

You think we have a shot at Smith? At this point, it's almost a forgone conclusion that we won't be taking his brother in this class given all of the DBs we still have on the board and are actively recruiting.

Smith is going to be one of Franklin's prized recruits for 2015 if he's still at Vandy.

You don't see a local kid, who's top 10 in the country at his position being a take?

While I have no idea where he would be on UTs board, I'd hold up on the "top 10 in the country" claims. 247 has only ranked (15) total ILB for the 2015 class. He could very well end up in the top 10, there is a long way to go though and a lot of LBs to evaluate.

I tend to like when we sign the talented local kids. I do think they will have to decide very early though as they will lose their spot waiting around. Especially with (2) LBs already a part of the 2015 class.

247 and ESPN have him ranked as the #10 and #8 ILB respectively at this point. Still a lot of guys left to rank but that doesn't necessarily mean a lot left to evaluate.

Even that old trick doesn't change the fact that this kid's arms are huge. I was kinda thinking he might turn green when angry.
