Check his timeline. THe last OM picture he has is from like early December. He's had more recent stuff on there iirc

Imo Butch was in a position to play hardball. "Want to OV, I need a commitment right now" . "We're not playing anymore games, it's now or never".

Like you said then Butch informed Allen.

HF don't want future recruits see him getting torched by a high school All American. The only way Ole Miss is getting 5* recruits to begin with is by paying them.

KM , I believe knows something that we are waiting to hear.

Been reflecting on the Drew Richmond recruitment and pondering some things that may need to be considered. Ole Miss is an elite program still needing depth. With our first team talent we were a legitimate national championship contender. Even with our injury attrition, we still won nine games and had victories over top twenty teams. Next year we will add more depth and be in much better shape and finish stronger. UT is far away from his home and the program is always looking at next year. They haven't arrived and they way they're over-signing and having people leave, they may never arrive. A team needs continuity and caring coaches. Tennessee may alway be waiting on next year. Ole Miss is continuing to build something special. Should Drew Richmond decide to sign with us, he'll be part of it. If not, he'll miss out. We will continue to be an elite program and do hope he's with us.

Well one thing is definitely clear. Its obvious that no one who is able to make CB predictions on 247 reads this board. If they did, it would be like black Friday at Wal-Mart to change their picks.

Given how great Butch is with PR, if he even suspects that DR isn't/won't be a Vol come NSD, I imagine we'll get some strongly worded statements from the VQ crew in the coming days about how they think he'll stick with Ole Miss.

Just something to watch. Silence on their end=he's most likely a Vol. Still think we won't get any confirmation until NSD, though.
