The fact of the matter is that these type recruitments are NEVER over till the LOI is signed. I FULLY believe Richmond committed to TN this weekend. Told Kahlil and Kyle he'll be a Vol and even has those intentions. BUT, I will not be surprised if when push comes to shove he gets pressured back into that OM pledge.

If I am Butch I am having Drew call me the moment he wakes up on NSD and staying on the phone with him till the fax is in hand.

Yea im more worried when he gets back home and everybody Ole Piss gets back in his ear.As of now I feel good with him being on campus and the recruits in his ear.Until the loi is sent in wenesday I dont think anyone knows exactly,probably not even himself.

Just pulled this off an Ole Miss forum. Talk about delusional...

"Been reflecting on the Drew Richmond recruitment and pondering some things that may need to be considered. Ole Miss is an elite program still needing depth. With our first team talent we were a legitimate national championship contender. Even with our injury attrition, we still won nine games and had victories over top twenty teams. Next year we will add more depth and be in much better shape and finish stronger. UT is far away from his home and the program is always looking at next year. They haven't arrived and they way they're over-signing and having people leave, they may never arrive. A team needs continuity and caring coaches. Tennessee may alway be waiting on next year. Ole Miss is continuing to build something special. Should Drew Richmond decide to sign with us, he'll be part of it. If not, he'll miss out. We will continue to be an elite program and do hope he's with us."

LOL since when has OM EVER been an elite program? Sure they have an occasional good year or two but other than that they've barely been a notch above Vandy/UK level. They are the only team in the West to have never been to the SEC CG (TAM doesn't count).

Haha. I remember going to the 1997 UT-Arkansas game in Little Rock. If anyone else has been to that stadium, you know it's a dump. The parking lot is a big grass field. We had gotten out and were either tailgating or just hanging around for a few when a UT fan pulls up, rolls down his window, points, and asks the parking attendant if that was the stadium. The attendant said yes, and he responded, "That is a damn high school stadium." Got some laughs for sure.

That's very true, my post was just taken wrong I hope. They told me some things about Vonn Bell's recruitment (worse than I thought), and they said that Drew wasn't recruiting other players to Ole Miss while he was here. But to the point they just said he would make a decision and it would be known wednesday. But I won't speak to them again before Wednesday so I don't have anything else.
