The logic is that there the information, claim, or video is in no way tied to the way things actually are. We say "Richmond is in the bag" and don't spoil it because we have no clue whether he is or not. And a news video is released saying that he is committed, but it was an "in case" video, and is no more grounded in reality than any fan claim. It is only lucky (or unlucky) if they happen to get it right.

You can't spoil something unless you have privileged insight. You can't spoil by a lucky guess.

I don't want to steal any thunder or spoil any surprises, but my opinion is Drew wants to come to UT to play with friends, but whether or not he gets his wish probably depends on the impression Momma took away from this weekend's visit. If Momma was comfortable with what she saw, I think our chances are better than 50/50.
