And here's the OM party line today. New thread post-meltdown:

I want to post that I started following recruiting in the fall of '93 with the recruitment of none other than Ole Miss lock Peyton Manning. To arrive here today really does feel cyclical.

Why do you keep saying this? He's never played OL and he's recovering from a badly broken leg. He is not going to be a factor in 2015. Could be good down the road.
If memory serves me correctly, Both Robertson and Mosley were mentioned, when recruited, that they would probably start out on DL, but could get moved to OL sooner or later. Seems like there was some mention that both had played some OL at certain points in HS.

Regardless, Butch moved him over, and a broken leg is typically not as severe as a ligament tear. Pretty sure Butch said Mosley would be working on OL in the spring. Didn't say he'd keep rehabbing.

I literally almost laughed my a$$ off at work reading this post below.

Honestly, this 2015 recruiting class is a dud as a whole.

The staff purposely let Richmond and Leo walk because we're opening up spots for our epic 2016 class.

All is well.

That's the one I saw that was hilarious, glad you posted it.

Just looked at Ole Miss' class.

I giggled.
People giggled about UF's class, then I noticed they are favored to haul in 3 5*s on NSD. Ivey, Cowart, and Ce'Ce' Jefferson. So, let's hold off on the teasing and laughing until the Fax Lady's done did her little ditty.

Well I agree with that statement. I do think he has decent potential on the OL but I really haven't heard/seen enough yet to to come to a conclusion. I just think penciling him in for 2015 is jumping the gun.

He really needs to get healthy enough to participate in spring practice imo. He could get jumped by some of the incoming linemen if he doesn't iyam.

I doubt they get all 3. Hopefully Auburn cleans up on 2 of them.

It seems both classes are going in opposite directions, though.

UF has momentum and OM has well, I'm not sure what to call it, but it isn't good.

Meanwhile, our class is incredible. :)

I'm not jumping the gun. I'm just saying that's what I am expecting to see. Why? Because the man is/will be the biggest player we have on the whole team...including K-Mac. When I think of where they would play him, I cannot see him displacing a Senior in Marcus Jackson.

I also think the staff is really high on Robertson. He's only going to get bigger, stronger and refined in his technique. That leaves OT. I suspect Blair will get first dibs at LT...with that height and wingspan, covering Dobbs blindside. But Mosley supposedly has quick feet for a lineman, and reminds me of Bama's DJ Fluker....another big man similar in size to Mosley. He played RT, so I see him getting a look there first.

If I am Mahoney, I am chomping at the bit to get someone Mosley's size into the starting lineup. You put a behemoth like him on a 250lb DE, in the run game, it's going to be like bringing a shotgun to a knife-fight.
