I think they'll allow the bailing signees to play immediately...due to the release. Since there are no NCAA sanctions, Stidham will have to sit IMO.

No real QB competition to speak of. Great group of WRs like Dee Anderson, Drake Davis, Stephen Sullivan, and Tyron Johnson to throw to, strong running game, and elite OL, SEC exposure on a perennial contender.

What's not to like? Just because Harris and Jennings have sucked as QBs doesn't mean anything for Stidham. In fact, it should only entice him even more. He has already proven he can play at a high level.

I agree. Just know some including GFW mentioned he may be looking around the same time news came out Jones was coming back.

GFW did say that but came back later and said he was given bad info on that.

I dont think its related.

Thing is the QB sitch at Auburn is a mess. jh3 is still kind of an unknown- Malzahn will be crazy enough to go with this kid i think. he's one of the better running QBs in the NCAA. could see him having a big year if used correctly. sean white isnt bad, but I think Malzahn wants someone slightly more mobile. jj - will he be moved to WR if barrett (freshman QB from FL) exceeds expectations? it's pretty wide open at Auburn I think Stidham wanted to see for himself.
