I understand that the recruit said with his own mouth that he is shutting down his recruitment, but around the water cooler in various undisclosed locations having nothing to do with anything in particular rumors are still being formulated. Who do you think we will listen to? That's right. Let the panic driven speculation continue VN. :toast:

I'm not sold on the "Strong" hire at Texas. He won in a weak conference. His crown jewel is stomping an offensively challenged Florida team in a bowl. I'm very happy he didn't come to Tennessee and we lucked out and CBJ came here. IMHO Dormady is much better than Gentry.

Strong will still win in a weak conference. If he can ever beat OU, then he will survive there.

Not so long ago half the people on here we're saying things during the recruitment of Peterman, Fergeson, and Dobbs about how they are soooooo great, and have a laser, and have amazing deep balls, and can read defenses. Can we let the guy at least get here before we call him the next Peyton Manning. Y'all just assume anyone who hasn't been on the field is amazing, and that just isn't the case. Last year during the Bama game everyone was like "ohhhh here comes the future" when Dobbs stepped in and he is garbage. Everyone was pumped for Ferguson and said he had a rocket and is sooo good, and he is a ***** that is afraid of competition. Just let Dormandy get here and let's see what he has then. I don't care if anyone doesn't like this post. There isn't a thing in it that's not true.
