Obviously his decision doesn't hinge on what's said on here (positive or negative) but the negative comments sure as hell don't help. That has been made clear on multiple occasions by recruits who've taken to social media to vent about the negative things they've read in their threads on here in the past. I love this site and the fact that Freak lets us say and discuss pretty much whatever we want unlike a lot of rival sites. I just think it's smart to be careful about what you say because a lot recruits do read their threads so I don't know why you'd want to say anything that could leave a sour taste in their mouth when it comes to the Vols, especially when it involves a guy we need as desperately as we need Burrell.

If a recruit lets what is said on a message board impact his decision then what would keep ppl from rival schools posting negative things about him on here and how would he know the difference?

Maybe not significant, but Burrell retweeted that picture of CBJ and Drew Richmond. You guys still think he's trolling? We might not wind up getting him, but I think he's got genuine interest in us

Unfortunately, yes he's trolling. We aren't higher than third on his list and never will be IMO.
