I have had the fortune of meeting many many of the superstars. i can count on one finger the guys who wouldn't stop to take pictures and chat. Austin was not blowing smoke up our butts when he said the fans were the true stars.

Angle also likes the fact that he has about half the appearances for TNA that he did for Vince. Those guys aren't on the road much.

Angle doesnt know squat about the psychology of a wrestling match.

It pains me to say this but John Cena has developed into a better wrestler than Kurt Angle

I just read that the Anniversary show ratings scored a 4.4 in the last 2 hours. That's the highest rating of the year for Raw.

Power83, do those of us who know wrestling a favor and never post here again. Creating a sentence which includes John Cena and Kurt Angle in the same breath is ridiculous.

The thing with Angle is he couldnt play a heel. He didnt know how to draw heat to himself and instead of having the fans boo him, they would cheer.

Austin was much better and had much more varied high end matches, better on the mic, more charisma, and he's Steve Austin.

I'd give Angle the nod for being able to work better with a variety of opponents, though. He had great matches with Kane and Undertaker.

There are wrestlers who don't need a title or should I say make the belt and then there are those that the belt makes them!!!!!

What?? The guy created so much heat and had such an annoying persona that as he walked to the ring the crowd chanted "You suck!" in the breaks of his theme music. There was never any confusion that he was the bad guy.

huh? Are you serious?

No other man in wrestling history had fans chanting in unison, every time his music hit, that he sucked.

Austin tried like hell to draw heat and couldn't. The fans loved him regardless of what he did.

Angle was an awesome heel and he even made Shane-O-Mac look like a wrestler at the King of the Ring awhile back.
