There are two limits. The total number of scholarships (85) and the number you can take each year (25). But the each year number is flexible due to back counting to a prior year or delaying enrollment until a later year (gray or Blue shirting).

No. We can only sign 25 initial counters per year and we have to reconcile the spots we forward counted last year, reducing this year's initial counters by at least three. When current scholarship players graduate or leave early, it opens a scholarship spot, but every new scholarship player we take counts against our 25 limit, either this year or next.

With no RB's in this class are there any highly rated RB prospects for 2017 to replace Kamara and most likely Hurd?

Agreed. If some of our knowledgable recruiting guys could summarize who we are still targeting as we go into the home stretch I would greatly appreciate it.

It sounds as though we likely have a list of 20-25, hoping land 7 or 8? Thanks

Last word from VQ was that at this point we're looking at 4 more: DE, DT, WR, and S. That number changes if we have any players decommit, like Hart.

More or less, this is who we're looking at (from most likely to least likely, IMO)
DE: Woods, Kongbo, Bailey, Simmons
DT: Brown, Chris Daniels, Tyler Clark
WR: Callaway, Velus Jones, Victor, Richards, Mykel Jones
S: Nigel Warrior
OL: Landon Dickerson

If I had to guess how we end, I'd say Derrick Brown, Jordan Woods, Marquez Callaway, Velus Jones, and Nigel Warrior. Obviously that's extremely fluid and will likely change by NSD

i just quoted it so i wouldnt have to leave the current page when im responding or replying to an update. glitch if you could quote your own post after updating the 17 thread, it will show up bolded for us instead of just comments about changes in the op, which may be many pages back.. or not, not a big deal really, i was just quoting for posters who may have had the same thoughts as i had.. namely.. person A responded to a change in the op, wonder what that change was? seewhatimsayin brah
