It's pretty funny how they gave us no shot, despite the overwhelming evidence that a flip was at least possible...then when they finally did accept it, they just went to the standard insults: "hicks", "hillbillies", etc. Guess what? Your South Florida recruit is likely about to go to head on up the mountain with these hicks and you'll be watching from home. Enjoy.

I think byrd gone man. Somebody told me he is following random tennessee fans and heard rivals think he is flipping too.

I mean you never know but right now nobody thinks he sticks. He could suprise everybody though.

It's why it's known as the silly season. Anyone with a hint of common sense knows you don't count on a recruit until the papers are signed and faxed in. Believe nothing until tomorrow. Just my 2 cents.

5 hours is plenty of time for VN to drum up some more thoughts and rumors. By that time, Byrd will be announcing at the Miami Heat game on live ESPN with Dan LeBatard as host with Dewayne Wade and Chris Bosh at his side.

Then, we will realize that Byrd is from Naples, the Heat play in Houston tonight, and Butch is tight with Spoelstra. Ain't happening.
