'16 FL DE JaQuan Bailey

You guys really think Kongbo is in play? I just don't see how....

IMO, Kongbo will land in the PAC-12. If he goes SEC, I think it's Bama. But he'll have a spot if the coaches can land him-- or any of our 5* targets-- at the wire.

Facts are vast majority of those who have decomitted don't end up with that team. Throw in Bama last visit and that's why I feel "he gone".

Facts are that every situation is independent of previous situations. Facts are that VQ (very conservative writers) have given very positive remarks about where we are with him. He has stated that he is more comfortable with our coaches than any other coaches. Facts are that the hire of Shoop actually helped with him. Facts are that our coaches have had a couple very positive meetings with him. Facts are that Alabama just had a DE decide to stay instead of going to NFL. Facts are that if you look at his visits the idea that he will 'stay out west' do not seem to mesh. Added a visit to FSU the other day. Seems he is not against the idea of going to college in the southeast. I do not think he has made up his mind where he is going yet. So nobody is saying he is definitely going there or here. But if you gave percentages to his choices UT would have as high of a percentage as any other school. Still a long way to go on this decision.

There's plenty of talk that UT is very much alive in this one. You can either take it or leave it.

Heard Hubbs say today that Kongbo was pushed back by Bama. It was not his decision to move the visit date. I think we are gonna have a 50/50 shot for him on NSD.

If Tennessee were to miss out on Brown or Kongbo or both, look for the Vols to quickly go all-in with JaQuan Bailey. The Jacksonville, Fla., defensive end is extremely high on the Vols and we're hearing that playing with his brother isn't as big as an obstacle as first thought. Instead, it may come down to numbers and just how much room the Vols have come signing day. But, if there is room, we won't be surprised if Bailey acts quickly.

Got to be tough. I was in a similar situation with my brother. He was a couple years younger than me but we had the oppurtunity to both play basketball together at the next level. He was much much smarter than me and had some offers from some from so really good d-2 and d-3 schools while I was in a d-3 school. He wanted to come play ball with me but I told him he couldn't pass up the play ball and get a free education and one of these great academic schools. Even though it was very hard to tell him that because it would have been cool to play on the same team I wanted what was better for him. That's all brothers really want. As long as they are happy with there decision they need to make the best choice for themselves individually.

If JaQuan ends up at UT and Joshua ends up at Vtech their parents will be conflicted very early in Bristol. LOL
