Dude its called joking around on an internet message board. Yes I will laugh at you if you predict we are going to win the national title next year. Then if we do, I will try and be one of the first ones to congratulate you on being right.

Just like talk about landing top notch prospects we are recruiting. If we land the guys like Hardman, then I will gladly say you were right and I was wrong. Everybody has their ways of dealing with the team they love. Its called being a fan.

In D4H's case, posts like, "Hardman is a Vol...book it!", just sounds like throwing crap against the wall to see what sticks. It certainly isn't based on any kind of factual/inside information, just blind hope. That's all good and well to hope like that except it gives the perception that he knows something that isn't public information. Even worse, will be the self-important "I told you so" if by some miracle it actually materializes.

As for hope, keep hoping.

And how much playing time did Torrance Gibson get this year? It looks like the two highly rated athletes we recruited the past couple of years will take their interests elsewhere to play other positions. TG - QB and MH - DB. I don't foresee either of them being successful in their endeavors. TG has already transitioned to WR since he couldn't even find the 4 deep OSU's QB depth chart and after watching some videos of Mecole getting torched at DB I personally don't believe he will succeed either. It may be good riddance that we missed these guys even though they would be recruiting class stat builders.

Gibson made the move to WR during camp, he was looking to get in the field as soon as possible. Then the week of the Penn State game he was "suspended" or not allowed to dress for the game because he was having academic issues. I think if this kid goes into this season buried on the depth chart he'll transfer. That's the thing at these big time schools, if you don't produce you'll get recruited over and end up a 4 year scout team player.
