'16 GA DE Antonneous Clayton

i dont care for rival posters on here, and really think its ridiculous that you guys would rather talk to us about Gator football than your own jorted brethren...after all, this is a TN board. but, its a free country and open community.

i will say this, this particular gator regular always brings accuracy with recruiting info. Sometimes TN recruiting gurus dont get it exactly right, and the Gator guys are particularly good. Pains me to say that, but its been my experience.

Thank you Vols for having us, this is one of the best sites around (better than any i've seen for UF), I really enjoy talking football in particular recruiting. Plus one of my good childhood friends played for you guys in the early 2000's so I dont carry the normal UF/Vol hatred. lol

PFort caught up with him. He said he talks to the coaches daily and is thinking about visiting.

Staff is recruiting tons of talent at DE. No reason to believe yet that we'll get Clayton, but adding him to Barnett, Vereen, Phillips, Lewis, Taylor, and Kongbo (possibly) is just insane.

Sounds like Clayton is playing to an audience.

He told Bartow that FSU is the only other staff that he's been in contact with.

Kids..

Tennessee has hosted Georgia defensive end and Florida commitment Antonneous Clayton several times before but is hoping to have him on campus one last time before signing day.

Clayton confirmed with Volquest.com after the game that he’s still thinking about visiting Tennessee, but at this point he doesn’t have anything set in stone in terms of visit.

Clayton added he continues to talk to Tennessee’s staff on a near daily basis.

If he happens to visit the last weekend before NSD with the rest of the Georgia gang that will be on campus, will you be worried then?

Not really especially if he visits UF back back weekends.

Vols finished 3rd or 4th when he committed. That means not only over taking UF but FSU.

Florida kids. i swear, same ish everyyear. Seems kids are either dead set on leaving Flarduh (10-15% of the time) or it's FSU, Miami, or Flarduh. Flarduh could be a Spurrier lit, flaming pile of poo, and still recruit Top 15. kills me.

Brother, are you always like this? Clayton is from Georgia first off. Secondly, you seem miserable.

I'll wait until the army game to see Brown in action before I make any final declaration.

I will say though, Gary raised the bar. He's really good.

Guys that big, that move the way he does should be outlawed.. Or at the very least there should be a law that they can only come to UT... :)

Watching Gary play, it looks like he would be more of a 3/4 de. I know he's a dt but his quicks off the ball and the way he was running people down. He's a bad man either way.
